Check the power supply

This is one of the most common problems on notebooks. There are a number of reasons, from the wrong laptop power supply to the plug fuse being disconnected.

If the power supply is not a problem, first make sure the battery is charged. I’m not sure, but the battery itself has no power indicator. Remove the remaining power completely and use the power charger immediately.

Check the redundancy

  • Power supplies
  • Monitors

If the power cord is connected incorrectly: The motherboard has a separate 12V socket near the CPU

Make sure that the mains board is properly connected to the additional 24VDC ATX connector and the attached power supply.

If the component is not installed or not properly seated: Check that the pins are not bent over the CPU and CPU socket, remove the memory, graphics card, and CPU and reinstall them.

The motherboard power button is connected incorrectly.

If the power cable is not connected to the graphics card: If you need a GPU, make sure the PCI-E power lead is connected.

If you connect the hard drive to the wrong SATA port: Make sure that the primary drive is connected to the SATA port powered by the motherboard chipset.

One of the reasons why a PC cannot boot is a hardware error, which is not easy to solve. Hard drive problems are fairly common. If you hear periodic clicks or repeatedly make a lot of drive turns and occasionally lose power, this is a sign that it will soon fail.
