How to fix DNS Server Not Responding Error, the causes can be multiple, the server hosting the website may be temporarily offline due to technical reasons, or that the computer’s DNS service is damaged or does not work, or that the firewall or some Antivirus software may have accidentally blocked your PC from communicating with a website or with some websites.<\/p>\n
How to fix DNS Server Not Responding Error<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Try the steps in the following order:<\/li>\n
Click on Start . Inside the search window, type cmd . In the result, right-click on the one that shows cmd or the command prompt, then select Run as administrator.<\/li>\n
In the command prompt window, type the commands in the following order.<\/li>\n
type netsh int ip reset c: \\ resetlog.txt this command resets the ip<\/li>\n
netsh winsock reset. This command restores Winsock. Even though Winsock recovery has nothing to do with the error, it may help you solve other problems that may lead to this error. Once the command is executed, you will see a restart request. Don’t reboot. Complete the steps first.<\/li>\n
ipconfig \/ flushdns this command clears the stored DNS cache.<\/li>\n
Restart your computer and check if the problem has been resolved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Try this step if you still have the same problem.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Turn off the computer and then turn off the modem and router (if any). Keep it off for 5m. Make sure that the power supply to the modem has completely discharged to ensure the correct reset of the settings.<\/li>\n
Now turn on and check if the problem has been resolved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
If the problem is still not resolved, try the following procedure.<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Press the Windows key + R . In the Run window, type\u00a0 ncpa.cpl . This will open up the network connections<\/p>\n
Right-click on\u00a0 the local area connection , then click Properties. (If it is wireless connection, right click on Wireless Network Connection )<\/p>\n
Select Internet Protocol version (TCP \/ IPv4) , then click Properties.<\/p>\n
Select Internet Protocol , select “use the following DNS server address”<\/p>\n
Change the DNS server address to the preferred global DNS value shown below 208.67.222.222 alternative 208.67.220.220 (You can also use the Google DNS address 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 alternate)<\/p>\n
Check if problem has been resolved.<\/p>\n

8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 – Google DNS gives faster performance.<\/li>\n

85.126.10 and 199.85.127.10 – Norton Connect Safe detects pornographic websites and malicious websites. Ideal for setting on the computer of minors.<\/li>\n
235.1.174 and 37.235.1.177 – Free DNS Access to all domains regardless of whether censored<\/li>\n
200.69.80 and 84.200.70.40 – DNS Watch is ideal for high performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
If the problem is pre-security software<\/strong><\/p>\n
1) Disable security software especially firewall settings. Then check if the problem has been resolved.<\/p>\n
If you have not resolved go to the next board<\/p>\n
2) Verify that the Internet works well in safe mode with networking<\/strong><\/p>\n
